Irish grass feed beef. All our fresh meat is from Irish farms. We mature our beef in the traditional way for a minimum of 28 days. The result is a tender and well marbled meat from ethically reared cattle. Al Cooked in the exclusive oven MIBRASA and we use Argentine charcoal QUEBRACHO (oak). We guarantee outstanding flavour, tenderness and texture.
Cooked to perfection, our steaks are always seasoned with Maldon Sea Salt before cooking and rested well after cooking.
